Many people think that Chatham Massachussetts clears out after Labor day, fortunately this is far from true. The Town of Chatham and The Chatham Chamber of Commerce have made great efforts to make Chatham a year round community. There are so many things to do here and the winter just makes it a bit easier to get around with less traffic.

Summer vacations
It's that time of year again, when families are just getting over Christmas vacation and have been chatting about when they will meet up again or what they will be doing for their summer vacation! We find that the very organized people are always one step ahead and start looking for their perfect summer rental now. For those of you who are less organized, there is always going to be a house available for you, but the best homes tend to be booked first.
