It's that time of year again, when families are just getting over Christmas vacation and have been chatting about when they will meet up again or what they will be doing for their summer vacation! We find that the very organized people are always one step ahead and start looking for their perfect summer rental now. For those of you who are less organized, there is always going to be a house available for you, but the best homes tend to be booked first.

There is always a chance you will get a rental at the last minute, so never give up. Also East Harwich is just around the corner and an easy subsitute for a Chatham summer vacation.
